We made some changes on our weekend shows. The Saturday Night Mostly Live show begins at 8pm MST and usually runs 2 hours. We will continue to run encore presentations of the Something for the Pain Show on Sunday Nights at 8pm MST.

On Saturdays at 8pm, your host Ron presents "The Rock Up". The show features high energy rock and punk from mostly the 60's-90's to help drive your Saturday night activities.

Check out encore presentations of "Something for the Pain" on Sunday at 8pm MST. Your host Miles brings influences from Indie, Underground, Garage and other genres.
